Program terms

These terms govern your participation in the Pantheon Peptides Olympus Rewards program (the "Program"). By creating a Pantheon account or participating in the Program you agree to these terms. The Program is operated by Pantheon Peptides ("Pantheon," "we," "us").

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals 18 years of age or older who maintain a Pantheon account in good standing. Pantheon products are sold for laboratory research purposes only — not for human consumption — and Program participation does not modify that scope of sale.

2. Earning Olympus Points

• Purchases. Members earn 1 base point per CAD/USD $1 of subtotal on eligible orders, multiplied by their tier (1.0× Aspirant, 1.25× Athlete, 1.5× Champion, 2.0× Olympian). Tier is calculated using points earned in the rolling 12-month window immediately preceding the qualifying purchase. Multipliers apply to the points awarded for the order on which they are computed.
• Welcome bonus. 500 points credited on first account creation.
• Anniversary bonus. 1,000 points credited on each anniversary of account creation provided the account is in good standing.
• Honest verified-purchase reviews. Eligible signed-in members receive 200 points for one review per customer and product after Pantheon verifies a completed purchase and approves the review under the Review Guidelines. The reward never depends on star rating, opinion, or whether a review is favorable, unfavorable, or mixed. Rewarded public reviews display a clear disclosure of the recorded point award.
• Goodwill / promotional grants. Issued at Pantheon's discretion (e.g. customer-service resolution, campaigns, contests).
• Exclusions. Points are not awarded on shipping, taxes, gift card purchases, store-credit redemptions, or amounts paid via prior Olympus point redemptions.
• Affiliate orders. Orders attributed to a Pantheon affiliate may earn points at the base rate. Affiliate tracking and commission remain separate from Olympus Rewards.

3. Tier benefits

Tiers are recomputed daily based on the rolling 12-month earning window. Once reached, a tier is held for an additional 24 calendar months even if subsequent earnings fall below the tier threshold (Sephora-style grace). Tier benefits are described on the Olympus Rewards page and may be modified by Pantheon with 30 days' notice.

4. Redemption

• Points are redeemed in 100-point increments. 100 points = $5 CAD/USD off the order subtotal.
• Redemptions convert points into Pantheon store credit, which applies automatically at checkout.
• Points and store credit always combine. Promotional coupon codes are mutually exclusive with each other (one code per order); they stack with points and store credit.
• Redemptions cannot reduce an order subtotal below $0 or apply to shipping, taxes, or gift cards.

5. Expiration

Points expire 18 months after the most recent account activity (any earn or redemption resets the inactivity clock). Expiration reflects a balance write-down only — it does not generate a refund or store credit. Pantheon will email a 30-day expiry warning to the account email of record.

6. Refunds and reversals

When an order is refunded, points earned on that order are automatically clawed back. If a redemption was applied to the refunded order, the redeemed points and any associated store credit may also be reversed. Reversal does not generate a charge to the payment method.

7. No cash value

Olympus Points have no monetary value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Points are a contractual benefit provided under these terms and are not property.

8. Account suspension or termination

Pantheon may suspend or terminate Program participation for fraudulent activity, account abuse, or violation of these terms. Termination forfeits unredeemed points.

9. Modifications

Pantheon may modify the Program, including earn rates, redemption ratios, tier thresholds, benefits, and these terms, with 30 days' notice via email or on-site banner. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Compliance

Pantheon products are sold for laboratory research purposes only. Not for human consumption. Olympus Rewards do not constitute endorsement of off-label use and do not modify the research-purposes-only scope of sale. Customers in jurisdictions where peptide research products are restricted are responsible for compliance with local law.

11. Privacy

The Program collects only the email address used for sign-in, plus purchase history and points/credit ledger entries necessary to operate the Program. Phone numbers, dates of birth, and SMS subscriptions are not collected by the Program. See the full Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

For Canadian customers, these terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. For United States customers, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in the customer's country of residence.
