Shipping

We ship within Canada only, from Vancouver, by Canada Post. Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

Options at checkout: Xpresspost (1 to 3 business days, $20) or Priority (1 to 2 business days, $40). Xpresspost is free on orders over $200 CAD and always free for Athlete tier and above. Olympian members get free Priority.

Packaging

Packaging is discreet, with no mention of Pantheon Peptides on the outside. Peptides ship with ice packs in insulated packaging. Lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature for up to 60 days, so normal transit times are safe.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Address changes

If the order has not shipped yet, reply to your order confirmation with the full new address and we will update it before it leaves. Once it has shipped we cannot redirect it. If a parcel is returned to us, we can re-ship it for an additional shipping charge.

Late or lost parcels

Check the tracking link first. If it has stopped moving, email [email protected] with your order number and tracking number and we will review it with the carrier.
