Peptide Storage

Storage for Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Peptides (Powder Form):
• After arrival: Store dry/lyophilized vials in the refrigerator (2 to 8 °C) for up to 6 months, or in the freezer (−20 °C or colder) for up to 2 years. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Long-term: Freeze at −20 °C or colder.
• Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Keep vials out of direct sunlight.

Storage for Reconstituted Peptides (Mixed with BAC Water):
• Refrigerate 2-8 °C.
• Do not freeze.
• Use within 45 days unless the product label/protocol says otherwise.
• Label vials with date and concentration.
• Minimize exposure to sunlight and prolonged time at room temperature.
• Return vials to the refrigerator promptly after each use.
• Do not pre-load syringes ahead of time.

Reconstitution (Mixing)

For easy calculating and to fit the full 30-day cycle:
• NAD+ 500 mg: Add 4.0 mL BAC Water.
• MOTS-c 10 mg: Add 1.0 mL BAC Water.
• KPV 10 mg: Add 2.0 mL BAC Water.
• Glutathione 500 mg: Add 4.0 mL BAC Water.
Gently swirl or roll. Do not shake.

Injection (Daily Dosing)

Timing: Inject once each morning on an empty stomach at least 30 min before food.

Injection Method: Subcutaneous (SQ).

Syringe: Insulin type (1 mL, 30-31 G, 6-8 mm).

Frequency:
• Repeat Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 until the 30-day cycle is complete:

Revive+ Day 1

• NAD+: 40 units (50 mg)

Revive+ Day 2

• MOTS-c: 10 units (1 mg) + KPV: 15 units (750 mcg) — drawn together in the same syringe (25 units total)

Revive+ Day 3

• Glutathione: 40 units (50 mg)

Cycle length: 30 days
• Repeat the 3-day morning rotation for the full cycle.

Peptide Intake Overview

• NAD+: 50 mg × 10 doses = 500 mg. Uses all 500 mg.

• MOTS-c: 1 mg × 10 doses = 10 mg. Uses all 10 mg.

• KPV: 750 mcg × 10 doses = 7.5 mg. 2.5 mg remains — keep refrigerated and use within 45 days.

• Glutathione: 50 mg × 10 doses = 500 mg. Uses all 500 mg.

Inject Safely

Preferred sites:

(Subcutaneous)

• Abdomen, at least 5 cm from navel.

• Outer thigh.

• Upper-outer arm.

(Rotate 1 to 2 cm from last site).

Quick steps:

1. Clean the vial top with alcohol pad.

2. Draw the day’s dose into the syringe.

3. Clean the location of injection with alcohol pad.

4. Pinch and lift skin at the location of injection.

5. Inject slowly at a 45° angle just under the skin (SQ).

6. Apply gentle pressure with alcohol pad for 30 sec.

7. Dispose syringe in sharps container.

Notes

• Use one injection per day only, following the Day 1 / Day 2 / Day 3 rotation.

• Keep NAD+ and Glutathione in their own syringes. On MOTS-c days, draw the KPV dose into the same syringe as MOTS-c — this is the only combination in this cycle.

• The shared syringe on the second morning and the L-Glutathione morning are what make this cycle the “+” version; the base cycle keeps every peptide on its own morning.

• Keep KPV refrigerated between uses.

• If you miss a dose, resume at the next scheduled day. Do not double up.

• Maintain hydration, movement, and good sleep.

• Keep everything labeled and store safely.

• Minimize sunlight exposure and avoid leaving reconstituted vials out at room temperature longer than needed for dosing.

• Return reconstituted vials to the refrigerator promptly after each use.

• Seek medical care urgently if you experience: spreading redness and warmth, severe swelling, fever, pus, red streaks, or signs of allergy (hives, facial swelling, trouble breathing).

• Do not use peptides if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Possible Side Effects (Common & Mild)

Small bruise, brief redness or itch at site, occasional nausea, fatigue, or headache.

Peptide Measurement Guide

mg: Stands for milligram and is used to measure the total amount of peptide in a vial.

mcg: Stands for microgram and is used to measure an injection dose (1 mg = 1,000 mcg).

mL: Stands for milliliter, and is used to measure the volume of BAC water for reconstitution.

unit: A syringe measurement used to determine the dose of reconstituted peptides (1 mL = 100 units in a standard insulin syringe).
