About ACE-031

ACE-031 is a peptide that functions as a myostatin inhibitor, blocking myostatin—a protein that naturally limits muscle growth. By inhibiting myostatin, ACE-031 promotes increased muscle mass and strength, making it beneficial for individuals with muscle-wasting conditions, such as muscular dystrophy. It enhances muscle regeneration, prevents muscle degradation, and supports improved physical performance. ACE-031 may also positively affect bone density, which contributes to greater overall skeletal strength. Due to its muscle-building and restorative properties, ACE-031 is of interest in both medical treatments for muscle degeneration and athletic applications for enhancing physical performance and strength.

Disclaimer: ACE-031 is a fusion biologic rather than a standard small synthetic peptide. Because of its size and biologic structure, routine small-peptide RP-HPLC purity expectations are not the right release standard for this product. ACE-031 should be evaluated using a protein-appropriate analytical standard that focuses on identity, integrity, aggregate state, and related protein impurities rather than a blanket 99% peptide purity threshold.
