Terms of issuance & use

These terms govern store credit issued by Pantheon Peptides ("Pantheon," "we," "us") on customer accounts. Store credit is a customer accommodation, not a gift card or general-purpose stored-value instrument.

1. What store credit is — and isn't

Store credit is a recorded balance on your Pantheon account that can be applied as a discount on future eligible orders. It is not a gift card, prepaid card, escrow balance, or transferable monetary instrument. It cannot be redeemed for cash or applied outside Pantheon. It is not insured and is not held in trust.

2. How credit is issued

• Refund election. When refunding an eligible order, Pantheon may offer the option to receive the refund as store credit instead of returning funds to the original payment method. Choosing store credit may include a 15% Pantheon bonus on top of the refunded amount, at Pantheon's discretion.
• Olympus Rewards redemption. Olympus points redeemed via your account convert into store credit at the published ratio (100 points = $5 CAD/USD).
• Referral rewards. Both sides of a qualifying customer referral receive $25 in store credit when the referee's first qualifying order ships.
• Goodwill. Pantheon support may issue store credit to resolve shipping issues, packaging defects, lost packages, or other service-recovery scenarios at its discretion.
• Promotional grants. Issued during campaigns, launches, or contests as published.

3. Application at checkout

Available store credit is applied automatically at checkout to reduce the order subtotal. You may opt out of using credit on a given order, or apply less than your full balance. Credit cannot be applied to shipping, taxes, gift card purchases, or amounts previously paid by a prior credit redemption.

Store credit and Olympus points always combine on a single order. A promotional coupon code may also stack (one code per order).

4. Expiration

Each grant expires 24 months after its issue date unless used. Pantheon will email a 30-day expiration warning to the account email of record. Expired credit is removed from the available balance via a ledger entry; expired credit does not generate a refund and is not recoverable.

Note for British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, and Quebec customers: provincial gift card legislation prohibits expiration on dollar-value gift cards. Store credit issued from refunds, goodwill, or promotional grants is not a gift card and is therefore subject to the 24-month expiration above. Customers may at any time request that any portion of their balance be re-issued as a refund to the original payment method (where the original transaction is still refundable).

5. Reversal

Store credit may be reversed in cases of: (a) fraud, abuse, or violation of program terms; (b) refund of the underlying order that originated the credit; (c) chargeback on the originating payment; (d) error on Pantheon's part. Reversal of credit that has already been applied to a paid order may, at Pantheon's discretion, generate a balance owed by the customer or be absorbed by Pantheon.

6. No transfer

Store credit is non-transferable. It cannot be assigned, sold, consolidated across accounts, or applied to orders placed by third parties. Attempts to transfer credit may forfeit the balance.

7. Account closure or termination

If you close your account or it is terminated for cause, any remaining store credit is forfeited 30 days after the closure/termination date and cannot be reinstated.

8. Compliance

Store credit can only be applied to Pantheon products sold for laboratory research purposes. Customers in jurisdictions where peptide research products are restricted are responsible for compliance with local law. Store credit cannot be used to purchase products outside the published catalog.

9. Modifications

Pantheon may modify these terms with 30 days' notice via email or on-site banner. Continued use of store credit after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
