What’s In Your Nova Mind 10-Week Cycle Kit

Peptides

  • 10 × Epithalon (10 mg)
  • 1 × Selank (5 mg)
  • 1 × Semax (10 mg)

Supplies

  • 2 × 10 ml Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water)
  • 130 × 1 ml insulin syringes (30–31G, 6–8 mm)
  • 14 × 3 ml reconstitution syringes
  • 14 × syringe tips (vial vents)
  • 200 × alcohol pads

Step-by-step dosing protocol.

Peptide Storage

Storage for Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Peptides: (Powder Form)

  • After arrival: Store dry/lyophilized vials in the freezer at or below -20 C for best stability unless the product label/protocol says otherwise.
  • Keep vials tightly capped, dry, dark, and protected from moisture.
  • Avoid repeated freezing and thawing

Storage for Reconstituted Peptides: (Mixed with BAC Water)

  • Refrigerate 2 to 8 °C
  • Do not freeze
  • Use within 45 days unless the product label/protocol says otherwise.
  • Label vials with date and concentration

Reconstitution

For easy calculating and to fit the full 10-week cycle:

  • Epithalon 10 mg: Add 1.0 ml BAC Water
  • Selank 5 mg: Add 3.0 ml BAC Water
  • Semax 10 mg: Add 3.0 ml BAC Water

Gently swirl or roll after adding BAC Water—do not shake.

Dosage
Amount of peptide to administer.
Selank: 10 units (166 mcg)
Semax: 6 units (200 mcg)
Epithalon: 100 units (10 mg)

Timing & Frequency
Time of day and how often per week.

Selank + Semax (Morning)

  • Combine both peptides into one syringe.
  • Monday to Friday mornings. Weekends off.
  • Inject on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before food.
  • If Selank causes drowsiness, take it in the evening 1–2 hours before bed as a separate injection.

Epithalon (Morning)

  • Take in its own syringe.
  • Inject on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before food.
  • Every 3rd day during Weeks 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, and 10.
  • 10 total doses.

Cycle Length
10 weeks.

Peptide Intake Overview
Peptides taken during the cycle.
Selank: 166 mcg × 50 days = 8,300 mcg (8.3 mg)
Semax: 200 mcg × 50 days = 10,000 mcg (10 mg)
Epithalon: 10 mg × 10 days = 100,000 mcg (100 mg)

Inject Safely
Preferred sites (Subcutaneous):

  • Abdomen, at least 5 cm from navel
  • Outer thigh
  • Upper-outer arm (rotate 1 to 2 cm from last site)

Quick steps:

  • Clean the vial top and injection site with an alcohol pad
  • Draw dose(s) into syringe
  • Pinch and lift skin at the injection site
  • Inject slowly at a 45° angle just under the skin (SQ)
  • Apply gentle pressure with alcohol pad for 30 seconds
  • Dispose syringe in a sharps container

Notes

  • Rotate injection sites (1–2 cm apart)
  • Wipe skin and let alcohol dry before injection
  • If you miss a dose, resume at the next scheduled time. Do not double up
  • Maintain hydration, movement, and good sleep
  • Keep everything labeled and store safely
  • If Selank causes sedation, shift Selank to evening dosing as noted above
  • Seek medical care urgently if you experience: spreading redness and warmth, severe swelling, fever, pus, red streaks, or signs of allergy (hives, facial swelling, trouble breathing)
  • Do not use peptides if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Possible Side Effects (Common & Mild)

  • Small bruise
  • Brief redness or itch at site
  • Occasional nausea or fatigue

Peptide Measurement Guide

  • mg: milligram; measures the total amount of peptide in a vial
  • mcg: microgram; measures an injection dose (1 mg = 1,000 mcg)
  • ml: milliliter; measures the volume of BAC water for reconstitution
  • unit: insulin-syringe marking for dose calculation (1 ml = 100 units on a standard insulin syringe)
