Peptide Storage
Storage for Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Peptides (Powder Form):
After arrival: Store dry/lyophilized vials in the freezer at or below -20 C for best stability unless the product label/protocol says otherwise.
Keep vials tightly capped, dry, dark, and protected from moisture.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Storage for Reconstituted Peptides (Mixed with BAC Water):
Refrigerate 2 to 8 °C.
Do not freeze.
Use within 45 days unless the product label/protocol says otherwise.
Label vials with date and concentration.

Reconstitution (Mixing)
For easy calculating and to fit the full 6-week cycle:
Kisspeptin 5 mg: Add 2.0 ml BAC Water
PT-141 10 mg: Add 2.0 ml BAC Water
Gently swirl or roll after adding BAC Water—do not shake.
Injection (Dosing)
Timing:
Inject once each morning on an empty stomach at least 30 min before food.
If activity is planned later in the day, PT-141 may be taken again approximately 45–60 minutes before activity as a separate injection.
Do not exceed the maximum total daily dose of 2 mg (40 units).
Frequency:
• Take Kisspeptin-10 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
• Take PT-141 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—either with the morning dose and separately before activity as desired.
• PT-141 may also be used on other days if needed for pre-activity use.
• Weekends off for Kisspeptin-10.
• Do not exceed 2 mg (40 units) total PT-141 in any 24-hour period.
Injection Method: Subcutaneous (SQ)
Syringe: Insulin type (1 ml, 30–31G, 6–8 mm)
Combine in the same syringe Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
(Draw from each vial into one syringe when taking both together in the morning or PT-141 on its own separately before planned activity):
· Kisspeptin-10: 10 units (250 mcg)
· PT-141: 10–20 units (500–1,000 mcg)
Total: 20–30 units
PT-141 before sexual activity
If sexual activity is planned later in the day, you may
take an additional 10 to 20 units (500 to 1,000 mcg)
of PT-141 about 45 to 60 minutes before intimacy. This
can be done any day of the week, including weekends.
Do not exceed 40 units (2 mg) of PT-141 per day.
Weekends:
· No scheduled Kisspeptin-10.
· PT-141 may be taken as needed for pre-activity use.
Cycle length: 6 weeks
· Kisspeptin-10: Mon, Wed, Fri mornings
· PT-141: Mon, Wed, Fri mornings and pre-activity (as needed)
Peptide Intake Overview
· Kisspeptin-10: 250 mcg × 18 weekdays (Mon/Wed/Fri) = 4,500 mcg (4.5 mg)
· PT-141: 500–1,000 mcg × 18 pre-activity doses (Mon/Wed/Fri) = 9,000–18,000 mcg (9–18 mg)
Inject Safely
Preferred sites (Subcutaneous):
· Abdomen, at least 5 cm from navel
· Outer thigh
· Upper-outer arm
(Rotate 1 to 2 cm from last site)
Quick steps:
· Clean the vial top and injection site with alcohol pad
· Draw dose(s) into syringe
· Pinch and lift skin at the injection site
· Inject slowly at a 45° angle just under the skin (SQ)
· Apply gentle pressure with alcohol pad for 30 sec
· Dispose syringe in sharps container

Peptide Measurement Guide
mg: Stands for milligram and is used to measure the total amount of peptide in a vial.
mcg: Stands for microgram and is used to measure an injection dose (1 mg = 1,000 mcg).
ml: Stands for milliliter and is used to measure the volume of BAC water for reconstitution.
unit: A syringe measurement used to determine the daily dose of reconstituted peptides (1 ml = 100 units on a standard insulin syringe).
