Mechanism of Action
This stack combines two of the most effective regenerative peptides:
- BPC-157: Derived from a protective gastric protein, it promotes healing by modulating growth factors, supporting blood vessel formation (angiogenesis), and protecting tissues under cellular stress. It also supports gut health and neural repair.

Dosing & Protocol
Subcutaneous (SQ) Injection:
Inject into the lower abdomen or near the injury site.
BPC-157 – 5mg Vial
- Reconstitution: 2.5 mL bacteriostatic water
- Daily Dose: 250–500 mcg (12.5–25 units)
- Cycle: 5 days on / 2 days off
4–6 weeks (up to 6 months if needed) - Timing: Take in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before eating
TB-500 – 5mg Vial
- Reconstitution: 2.5 mL bacteriostatic water
- Daily Dose: 200–400 mcg (10–20 units)
- Cycle: 5 days on / 2 days off
4 to 5 weeks - Timing: Take in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before eating
Note: These can be administered in the same syringe if mixed carefully after reconstitution.
