Mechanism of Action:
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH), designed to bind to and activate GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland. Dosing & Protocol
Subcutaneous (SQ) Injection:

• Reconstitution:
   2 mg vial → 1.0 ml bacteriostatic water
   (= 1 mg per 0.5 ml or 50 units)
• Daily Dose:
   • 1 mg (50 units) per day
• Cycle:
   • 6 days on / 1 day off
   • 4-week cycle = 10 vials
   • Repeat for 4 to 24 weeks based on goals
• Timing:
   Take before bed, at least 90 minutes after your last meal.

Potential Side Effects:

• Temporary water retention or bloating
• Tingling or numbness in extremities (rare)
• Elevated IGF-1 levels if overdosed
