SLU-PP-332

Updated May 29, 2026

Primary Benefits

  • Activates ERR pathways involved in exercise-responsive gene signaling
  • Supports mitochondrial energy signaling and cellular respiration
  • Enhances metabolic flexibility and fatty-acid oxidation in preclinical models
  • Supports endurance and exercise-capacity research
  • Commonly used for performance, fat metabolism, and metabolic-health research

Mechanism of Action

SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic pan-agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ), a family of nuclear receptors that regulate genes involved in mitochondrial metabolism, oxidative phosphorylation, fatty-acid oxidation, and exercise adaptation. In cell and animal studies, SLU-PP-332 activates an aerobic exercise-like transcriptional program, increases mitochondrial function and cellular respiration, shifts skeletal muscle toward more oxidative fibers, and improves endurance capacity in mice. It is not technically a peptide, but it is commonly discussed alongside peptide-style performance and metabolic research compounds.

Dosing & Protocol

Subcutaneous (SQ) Injection (preferred)

Reconstitution:

-5 mg vial → 2.0 ml bacteriostatic water

Daily Dose:

-250–500 mcg (10–20 units)

Cycle:

-1–2 times daily, 5 days on / 2 days off; 4–8 weeks or as directed by your healthcare provider

Timing:

-Morning or pre-workout. Fasted state most common

Potential Side Effects

  • Injection-site redness, tenderness, itching, or mild swelling
  • Headache, nausea, digestive upset, or changes in appetite
  • Temporary restlessness, jitteriness, or sleep disruption if taken too late in the day
  • Increased heart rate, warmth, or exercise intolerance in sensitive individuals (theoretical)
  • Rare: unusual chest symptoms, severe anxiety, or allergic reaction; discontinue and seek medical guidance

If side effects occur, users commonly reduce dose or discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Common Stacks

  • With SS-31: For combined mitochondrial structure and exercise-signaling support
  • With MOTS-C: For metabolic flexibility, AMPK-related signaling, and endurance research
  • With AOD9604 / 5-Amino-1MQ: For body-composition and fat-metabolism protocols
  • With NAD+ / L-Glutathione: For cellular energy and oxidative-stress support

Notes

  • SLU-PP-332 is a research compound with no established human clinical dosing or long-term safety profile.
  • It is an exercise-mimetic small molecule, not a traditional peptide, even though it is often grouped with peptide products.
  • Competitive athletes should be cautious because exercise mimetics and metabolic modulators can raise sport-eligibility concerns.
  • Lyophilized (dry) SLU-PP-332 vials should be stored in the freezer.
  • After reconstitution, store in the refrigerator and use within 45 days unless the product label or protocol says otherwise.
  • Use earlier in the day when assessing tolerance, especially in individuals sensitive to stimulation or sleep disruption.
