CJC-1295

Updated April 28, 2026

Primary Benefits:

  • Stimulates natural growth hormone production (GHRH)
  • Promotes lean muscle mass development and fat metabolism
  • Accelerates recovery from training and soft tissue injury
  • Supports skin rejuvenation and anti-aging effects

Mechanism of Action:
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH) with an extended half-life. It binds to pituitary receptors to stimulate pulsatile GH release, which in turn increases circulating IGF-1. This leads to enhanced protein synthesis, cellular repair, lipolysis, and regenerative effects without the side effects of exogenous GH.

Dosing & Protocol
Subcutaneous (SQ) Injection:

  • Reconstitution:
2 mg vial → 2.0 ml bacteriostatic water
     (= 100 mcg per 10 units)

5 mg vial → 2.5 ml bacteriostatic water
 (= 200 mcg per 10 units)

  • Daily Dose:
     • 100–200 mcg
  • Cycle:
     • 5 days on / 2 days off
     • 4–12 weeks
  • Timing:
Take 2 hours after your last meal, just before bed.

Potential Side Effects:

  • Mild irritation at injection site
  • Water retention or tingling in extremities (rare)
  • Increased hunger or fatigue in some users
  • Not suitable for individuals with active cancer or uncontrolled diabetes

Common Stacks:

  • With Ipamorelin: Synergistic GH-releasing stack (pulsatile)
  • With BPC-157 or TB-500: For enhanced recovery and soft tissue repair
  • With 5-Amino-1MQ: For metabolic enhancement and body recomposition

Notes:
CJC-1295 can be used alone but is most effective when stacked with a GHRP such as Ipamorelin for compounded GH release. Keep the reconstituted solution refrigerated and use within 45 days unless the product label or protocol says otherwise. Avoid food intake within 2 hours prior to administration for optimal effect.
