Long-acting GHRH analog for sustained growth hormone release

Primary Benefits:

  • Sustained elevation of growth hormone (GH) and IGF-1

  • Enhances lean muscle growth and fat metabolism

  • Supports recovery, sleep quality, and collagen synthesis

  • Reduces injection frequency (1–2x/week)

  • Promotes cellular repair and anti-aging effects

Mechanism of Action:

CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a modified growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. The DAC extends its half-life to approximately 6–8 days by allowing it to bind to albumin in the bloodstream. This enables a prolonged and stable GH release, elevating IGF-1 levels without daily injections. It’s best used solo or cycled with shorter-acting GHRPs like Ipamorelin.

Dosing & Protocol:

Subcutaneous (SQ) Injection:

• Reconstitution:
 – 2 mg vial → 2.0 ml bacteriostatic water

• Weekly Dose:
 – 100–300 mcg (20–30 units), taken twice per week

• Cycle:
 2 days per week
20 weeks on, followed by 4–6 weeks off

• Timing:
Inject on an empty stomach, preferably in the evening

Potential Side Effects:

  • Mild water retention or bloating

  • Temporary tingling in hands or feet

  • Slight flu-like symptoms in rare cases

  • Not recommended to combine with other long-acting GH analogs

Common Stacks:

  • Solo: For those wanting minimal injection frequency

  • With TB-500 or BPC-157: For injury and post-surgery recovery

  • With Epithalon: For synergistic anti-aging and cellular rejuvenation

Notes:

Because of its long half-life, CJC-1295 with DAC should not be used daily. Overlapping with other long-acting GH secretagogues may lead to receptor fatigue or downregulation. It’s ideal for users wanting a low-maintenance growth hormone protocol. Store reconstituted vials in the refrigerator and discard after 30–45 days.
